Nice cucumbers! Looking forward to your pickling recipe.
Thanks, for the reminder. The recipe is a pretty simple one, from Safeway:

1 cup distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups sugar
6 cups sliced cucumbers
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced green peppers

1. In medium saucepan over medium high heat, bring vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil until sugar has dissolved, about 10 minutes.

2. Place cumbers, onions and green bell peppers in a large bowl. Pour *cooled* vinegar mixture over vegetables. Mix. When completely cooled, transfer to containers and store in the fridge.
